感覺很特別，

我給了一個五星。

短訊草稿箱已滿，
但都沒一個短訊發出過。

當然不是網絡問題，
而是再也沒有勇氣去看到那些冷漠的回應。

曾經，很喜歡她，
現在，很討厭她。

討厭她的原因為她討厭我。

死因不明。
自問沒有做過半件事得罪了她。

知道她很努力工作，
不能接受挫折，
出錯單被客人投訴，
被客人鬧得狗血淋頭，
為了不讓公司發現，
我忍。

在Ｔｈｏｍａｓ面前我抬高了她，
功勞都全讓給她了，
自己又獲得了什麼？
加薪一百元，
哈，真多謝你！

在Ａｒｔｍａｉｓ面前替她說盡好話，
最後被問候的變成我，
唯一一個和我同一陣線的人都反目了。

相反？

「真的懷疑之前的同事究竟是否有跟進？」
媽的！
這是什麼垃圾ｆｏｌｌｏｗ－ｕｐ？
那個「之前的同事」就是我，
「家醜不外傳」你有聽過嗎東洋人？
你有能力跟進嗎？
幹嗎要在我背後插兩箭？

那個什麼廁所名單活動名單都沒我名的，
有人問原因，
「他不去的」
好的，
既然如此我就不去好了！
滿意吧！

不會妄想和你做情侶，
普通朋友也不用了。
不想和你玩什麼權力鬥爭，
反正其他人都早已認定你是「接班人」。

只想安安穩穩的待在這裡等待時機，
處處被人針對，
感覺非常不好受！

我又做錯了什麼？

今早上班時才意識到原來已經七月中了，
學生們都在享受他們一年內最悠長的假期。

往車站的十分鐘路程顯得冷清。

回到公司繼續接聽我的電話。

正常的預約期已預約到７月２４日，
對客人說出口時自己也覺得過份。

一個住在聚賢居並有保養合約的客人來電，
「表達」他對預約期的不滿幾次，
我「被迫」替他預約７月１４日，
他的態度在掛線時還是惡劣的。

一個新買冷氣機不足一星期便壞了的老伯伯來電，
對他說出預約期為７月２４日，
他表示天氣炎熱，
老人家會很辛苦。
我對老伯伯說：「我明白，但真的不好意思，這真的是我們的最快預約期」，
我在說謊。
老伯伯表示體諒及無奈地接受，
仍是心存感激的。

一間特殊學校來電，
他門也是有保養合約的。
一般可預約第二天上門，
但我主動說出７月１６日為最快預約期，
來電者張小姐說當日沒有空，
我提議７月１７日，
並沒有提過可約明天，
張小姐答應，
並非常有禮地多謝我的「幫助」。

但我心裡很不舒服，
真正有需要的人得不到「幫助」，
而富有的，
只要「表達」一下他們的不滿，
就得低聲下氣去「幫助」他們，
這就是商業社會？
我認為自己做這份工作很沒有尊嚴。
